While talking to the portal, Nehha said, “It’s already coming my way even when people haven’t seen my work as Anita.” The actress also added that she understands the criticism comes from an emotional space and how people have been emotional connected to Saumya. She has stated that it would take time just like a new relationship. Nehha also said that she believes the audience will accept her wholeheartedly. Ask her about Saumya Tandon, the actress said that she did not get the chance to chat with her.
While talking about the genre of comedy with Indian Express, Nehha Pendse quotes, "I think every actor has to do hard work on every character. As for comedy, I don’t think it’s natural. However, this is a sitcom, where the situation is funny, I don’t need to do comedy. Honestly, I am not a Bharti Singh or Kapil Sharma who can crack jokes and make people laugh. A situational comedy set up works much better for me."
