Barun Sobti to enter Kulfi Kumar Bajewala? Producer Gul Khan answers
Barun Sobti is rumoured to enter Star Plus's new show Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala featuring Mohit Malik. However, Gul Khan refuted the rumours.
Television heartthrob Barun Sobti, who was last seen in Iss Pyaar Ko Kya Naam Doon 3, is one of the most handsome and sough after actors on the small screen. The handsome actor is rumoured to enter Star Plus's new show Kullfi Kumarr Bajewala featuring Mohit Malik.
According to rumours, Barun will be entering the show as Sikander’s (Mohit Malik) competitor. He will swoop in and steal the day as Amyra’s singing teacher. He will be a struggling rockstar too who is on the verge of being extremely popular.
Sources revealed, “Gul wanted to Barun in a significant role for this show. The makers are in talks to get Barun on board.”
Well, we contacted producer Gul Khan to confirm the reports. The producer replied with a big NO to the query and clarified that Barun hasn't even been approached for the show.
Meanwhile, Barun had returned to the small screen with IPKKND 3 after a small break. Post that, in an interview to Pinkvilla, he said, "It is exhausting. I am back in the grind. When you work for TV and do a show for a year and more, what it really changes is the sense of belonging so you put your heart and soul into it. So we are into that zone wherein we are putting in everything that we have and hoping that people will like it.'
Barun was also seen in the movie Tu Hai Mera Sunday last year which was critically acclaimed.
