AVTA 2018: Surbhi, Ishqbaaaz win big; her conversation with Nakuul is why fans continue to root for them

Ishqbaaaz will be diving into a new chapter starting tonight. While Nakuul Mehta who played the iconic Shivaay Singh Oberoi will be bidding adieu to him to embrace playing Shivaansh Singh Oberoi, Surbhi Chandna's journey as Annika comes to an end on the show. The team shot their last episode recently before Chandna flew down to London to attend the Asian Viewers Television Awards 2018. The actress donning a shimmering pant suits collected her Best Actress Award at the star studded night along with Ishqbaaaz bagging the Soap Of The Year Award. Well, indeed calls for a celebration. Doesn't it?

Before that, co-quoting her winning announcement tweet, Nakuul wrote, "Congratulations @SurbhiChandna for wearing 'em pants & showing them how's it done. Couldn't have been a better farewell  Londres, awaits you! #AVTA2018." He also reacted to IB getting an award and wrote, "Congratulations to the soap of the year #Ishqbaaaz ! Although my favourite has always been Lux ;-)" Replying to it Surbhi wrote, "OURS TOGETHER." This exchange between the two is reason why fans continue to root for them.

Meanwhile, in the new chapter, Nakuul will be seen alongside Manjiri, a new comer. The actor will be seen playing the role of a superstar in the show. If reports are to be believed, Shivaansh will fall in trouble in the beginning episodes where he will be kidnapped only to be rescued by Manjiri's character who plays a police officer. Well, this will be interesting to see.
