Ashiesh Roy of Sasural Simar Ka fame admitted in the ICU after suffering from a paralytic stroke
As per reports, television actor Ashiesh Roy has been rushed to the hospital after suffering from a paralytic stroke. He has been admitted in the ICU.
Popular television actor Ashiesh Roy is reportedly hospitalised after sufferring from a paralytic stroke. Spotboye reported that the actor has been admitted in ICU and he has a clot in his brain and is unable to move his left side. He is popular for his roles in shows namely Sasural Simar Ka, Remix to name a few. He was taken to the hospital by his driver and the actor undergone a surgery last year in the month of August due to a blood clot in his brain.
TV Producer Vinta Nanda took to her Facebook page and shared an update about Ashiesh saying, "URGENT: Ashiesh Roy I’m told by Promita Mukherjee is in #ICU at #CriticareHospital in #Juhu. Does anybody have contact with his family? Please connect with Promita. Cine & TV Artistes’ Association Amit Behl Odie Khan Suneel Sinha" While CINTAA joint secretary Amit Behl said to Bollywood Life, "He had a paralytic stroke on the left side. The driver reached in the morning to pick him up but he couldn’t move. So the driver got him into CritiCare, but they were not admitting him, because there was no consent from the family. Then our zonal head Tina Ghai reached over there, she called the doctor and got him admitted. The medication has started."
Tina Ghai went on to say, "When the driver reached his house this morning, Ashiesh told him that his left arm is locked. This is the second time in just two years that he has got a paralytic stroke. He is not on a ventilator but his left side has been affected. He is talking and is aware of what has happened. A brain scan has been done, the report by evening will determine the future course of action."
