Anupama actor Paras Kalnawat tests COVID 19 positive & is under home quarantine confirms producer Rajan Shahi
Paras Kalnawat is seen playing a key role in Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey starrer Anupama and has been winning a lot of appreciation for his performance in the show.
The entertainment industry might have come back in action post the COVID 19 pandemic, the scare of the deadly virus continues to hover over everyone. While the producers are making sure that their team follow the necessary precautions on the sets, some of the actors did get tested positive for COVID 19. And the recent one to join the list is Paras Kalnawat who is seen in Star Plus’ popular family drama Anupama which features Rupali Ganguly and Sudhanshu Pandey in the lead.
According to media reports, Paras had developed mild symptoms of the deadly virus following which he has been in home quarantine. Confirming the news, Anupama producer Rajan Shahi told Times of India that the actor is receiving the necessary medical attention. He added, “Actor Paras Kalnawat who is an integral part of the TV show Anupamaa has tested positive for COVID-19 today. Though he was not shooting with us for the past couple of days, as soon as he informed us, the entire cast and crew were tested. The BMC has been informed and the sets have been fumigated and sterilized as per the protocol. Currently, Paras is receiving medical attention and is under home quarantine. I am constantly in touch with him and the entire team as their health is our priority. I wish him a speedy recovery and looking forward to seeing him back to work soon.”
Meanwhile, speaking about Anupama, the show has been ruling the TRP charts for a couple of months now and has been receiving immense love from the audience.
