Anita Hassanandani and Surbhi Jyoti to replace Adaa Khan and Mouni Roy in Naagin 3
Anita Hassanandani to play the antagonist in Naagin 3.
Ekta Kapoor’s famous fiction series Naagin will soon be out with its third installment. The first two seasons had Television beauties Mouni Roy and Adaa Khan playing the shape-shifting snakes more commonly known as Icchadaari Naagin. Naagin 3 has created a huge buzz and looks like the makers have promised to make the series extremely exciting as they have cast new faces.
Yes, you hear that right, Mouni Roy, and Adaa Khan will no longer be a part of the Naagin series. To replace them, Qubool Hai fame Surbhi Jyoti will be seen portraying the role of the protagonist while Yeh Hai Mohabbatein actor Anita Hassanadani will play the antagonist.
Karanvir Bohra who played the male lead earlier series might still be retained, there is no official confirmation to that.
A source close to the development told a leading daily, “After an intensive search, these actors have been finalized. While names of Krystle Dsouza and Sanjeeda Sheikh were also in the running, Ekta personally got involved in the casting to choose the best face for Naagin 3. The team is currently in the process of signing the deals with the other cast and hopefully, the show should go on floors soon.”
