Amitabh Bachchan gives a befitting reply after getting trolled for following Bigg Boss 11 contestants

Legendary superstar Amitabh Bachchan is one of the most active celebrities on Twitter whose tweets become viral and trending topics. 

Recently, Big B went on a following spree which included the names of Bigg Boss 11 contestants such as winner Shilpa Shinde, Hina Khan, Hiten Tejwani and Priyank Sharma. 

The contestants were left astounded as they were followed by the Amitabh Bachchan and even tweeted their about their genuine excitement.

Hiten tweeted, "Waking up to a moment like this. The legend: An actor you’ve grown up, looking up to @SrBachchan, knows me & is following me on @Twitter. #Lifemade. Thank you so much, Sir."

Priyank tweeted, "It's an honour for me @SrBachchan sir. ITS AN HONOUR I feel blessed today. can't be much happy."

Former Bigg Boss contestant Vindu Dara Singh tweeted, "Fantastic day on TWITTER for me & Shilpians! @SrBachchan the LIVING LEGEND OF CINEMA following some of us & @ShindeShilpaS Bhai log who have not yet followed Amitji, pl do so immediately! #WeAreWithAmitabhBachan."

Twitterati had a field day as many trolled the veteran actor while some wondered if Big B's account was hacked.

However, Big B shushed everyone with a perfect comeback and tweeted that it was his choice as to who he wished to follow on Twitter.

Big B tweeted, "T 2602 - जी हाँ हुज़ूर मैं बहुतों को follow करता हूँ , ये काम मैं अपने मन से स्वयं करता हूँ , ज़माना कहता है किसी ने hack कर दिया आपका account ; कहते हैं,  इससे मिल रहा औरों को discount  दूसरों को follow करना गुनाह है ,गर लाख गुनाह और करूँगा , यहीं पर  !! ~ ab."
