Chahatt Khanna seems to have moved on after her divorce with Farhan Mirza. The Bade Acche Lagte Hai actress has bought herself a new house. She shared a glimpse of the new residence with her fans.
Reports of all not being well between Chahatt Khanna and Farhan Mirza started doing rounds by the mid of this year. While Chahatt has mostly kept mum about the entire issue, Farhan has often spoken about the separation with media. And now it seems, Chahatt has decided to move on, while Farhan continues to pine for his wife and children. The actress bought a new house and shared a video with her fans. Chahatt is quite active on social media and keeps updating them about her whereabouts. A few days back, Farhan had said that “I told her, ‘No matter what you have done, I have forgiven you for it. I love you and I love my children, so please just come home.’ I did tell her that I wasn’t willing to go to the media and discuss what happened between us. But her sudden disappearance with my children and summons on me and my mother forced me to do that. I haven’t defamed her. In fact, she has defamed me by calling me her ex-husband, estranged husband, divorced husband when we are still very much married. So, all this provoked me to go and clear the fact that we are not divorced or separated.”
Chahatt in a statement had said that "Farhan is lying to put me down. But I don't want to wash my dirty linen in public. There are many things which will shake up if I open my mouth. So, I will rather be quiet about it and let people think what they want to. I really don't want to say anything, at least not at this point."
