Adaa Khan gets emotional remembering mom on JuzzBaatt, says, 'She always wanted me to work with Ekta Kapoor'
Karanvir Bohra and Adaa Khan will be seen getting up close and personal on Rajeev Khandelwal's show, JuzzBaatt, where Karanvir's twins will also be making a cameo.
After Divyanka Tripathi and Vivek Dahiya, it will be Karanvir Bohra and Adaa Khan taking the couch on Rajeev Khandelwal's show Juzzbaatt. Karanvir and Adaa will be seen getting up close and personal on the show where Karanvir's twins will also be making a cameo.
However, amidst this, Adaa shared an emotional moment whilst remembering her late mother who passed away after battling cancer a few years ago. Speaking about the toughest phases of her life, Adaa said, "My mother was my backbone. While she was admitted to the hospital, she wanted me to resume work instead of being by her side. I remember she always wanted me to work with Ekta(Kapoor)ma’am but it is extremely unfortunate that she could not watch me fulfill her dream. She isn’t present by my side but I know she is my guardian angel and watching over me from above."
Adaa has featured in a number of TV series and is best remembered for her role in Naagin and Naagin 2.
Seeing Adaa getting teary-eyed, host Rajeev Khandelwal complimented her for displaying great strength and courage during tough times. Rajeev got emotional too and took the opportunity to convey a message to his mother and said, "I just want to say, I love you mom".
Amidst this emotional exchange, Karanvir and Adaa also danced on a romantic number.
