Aashka Goradia to wear her mother-in-law's wedding gown for her wedding

Aaksha Goradia is excited to recreate her mother-in-law's wedding look.

Actress Aashka Goradia is all set to tie the knot in December in an extensive three-day wedding in her hometown Ahmedabad. The festivities will begin with a renewal of vows and white wedding on the 1st after which the next day will have a traditional mehndi and sangeet followed by the final day which will have the traditional Indian wedding with perhaps to be followed by a reception.

We hear that the actress will be wearing her mother-in-law's wedding gown, which she had worn for her own wedding 39 years ago.

Aashka says, "My mother-in-law is stunning and her taste is exquisite. I fell in love with her wedding gown when she showed it to me on my recent trip to the U.S. and I couldn't stop myself from asking her permission to wear her gown on my wedding day. I want to try to replicate the look she had on her wedding day, which I know is going to be quite challenging as she was by far one of the most beautiful brides I have seen. The dress fit me perfectly when I tried it on as if there was a belonging already!"

Earlier Aashka shared details about her dual wedding, saying, “The preparations are on in full swing as the venue, catering, travel, etc are all being planned and worked upon by our families. Brent and I haven’t started our shopping yet but we will begin in October, as the two of us were busy renovating the home we will be living in post marriage. In fact, not only outfits for us but the outfits for both of our families also need to be made. I feel blessed as we are getting the best of both worlds and cultures, as our wedding will have traditions from both the East and the West.”
