The Kapil Sharma Show back in the TRP race; Kiku Sharda thanks fans
The Kapil Sharma Show makes it to the Top 5 TRP list.
The infamous spat between comedian Kapil Sharma and Sunil Grover hugely affected the TRPs of The Kapil Sharma Show. Ever since Sunil Grover left the show, it has been witnessing a downfall in its viewership.
However, here's some good news for the TKSS fans. The show has finally made it up to the Top 5 shows this week.
According to the BARC report, The Kapil Sharm Show ranks 5th in TRP charts, while Kumkum Bhagya continues to remain at the top.
Comedian Kiku Sharda shared a tweet thanking fans for their unconditional support.
For those uninitiated, a brawl has broke out between Kapil and Sunil after the former allegedly slapped Sunil on a flight. It was alleged that Kapil in an inebriated state had hurled a shoe at him too. Post this, many of the co-stars from the show left the show. Kapil tried to reconcile things with Sunil but looks like things won't be the same anymore.
Kapil was recently asked about the same, replying to which he said that he called Sunil many-a-times and also wants him back.
Well, it does seems like a good news for the TKSS fans!
In the meantime, Sunil is busy doing live shows and will also be seen in a special episode with Salman Khan. The two-hour special episode will feature Ali Asgar and other former TKSS stars and has been titled Supernight with Tubelight.
