The pictures of Sony TV's Pehredaar Piya Ki promises a larger than life scenario
Team Pehredaar Piya Ki shoots at the Madawa Palace in Jaipur.
The shoot for Sony Entertainment Television’s latest offering, Pehredaar Piya Ki, has already begun. Recently, the entire team shot at the Madawa Palace in Jaipur. The show features Tejasswi (Diya), Affan (Ratan Singh), Suyyash Rai (Abhay), Parmeet Sethi (Maan Singh), Kishori Sahanay (Padma Singh) in pivotal roles.
We got our hands on the pictures straight from the shoot.
Meanwhile, actress Tejasswi Prakash is making sure of getting into the skin of the character to fit the sequence and bring life to the character. The actress is leaving no stone unturned in doing justice to her character. Be it shooting in the scorching heat or donning heavy attires, the actress is doing it all. Tejasswi is currently shooting in the dessert donning a lehenga which weighs 15 kilos. Adding onto it, an additional jewelry of seven kilos is something that the actress has to also wear for getting into the look of the character rightly. The actress took to Instagram to post a live video revealing her look and also shared a snap detailing about the same.
Tejasswi plays a royal character on the show, takes time out during breaks and indulges herself in reading which includes reading books and biographies of Rajasthani princesses. Pehredaar Piya Ki is the story of an unusual marriage between a 9 year old boy, Ratan Harshvardhan Singh (played by Afaan Khan) and an 18-year old girl, Diya (played by Tejaswi Wayangankar). Diya sacrifices her own dreams and gets married to Ratan to be his protector and Maan Singh (Parmeet Sethi)) is the father of Ratan in the show.
