Not Shararat but Shruti Seth to make her comeback with TV, Biwi aur Main
Shruti Seth to make her comeback opposite Karan Veer Mehra.
Reports that the hit show Shararat was to apparently make a comeback took the internet by storm. While it was highly speculated that Shruti would be making her comeback with Shararat's second part, here is the actress who seems to be wasting no time in making her much awaited comeback. Shruti is all set to entice her fans with television series called TV, Biwi aur Main on Sony SAB.
The show is on the life of a Television Producer and his struggles as he tries to manage his personal life as well as set life of as his produced a daily soap. Actor Karan Veer Mehra will be seen essaying the role of a Television producer and Shruti Seth will be seen as his wife. The show will showcase hilarious circumstances that arise out of over the top comic drama of his set life and misunderstanding in his personal life. Caught in between all of this, he strives hard to maintain a healthy life, a mix of a producer by profession and a nice, dutiful son, husband and father at home. Excited and happy, Karan Veer Mehra while talking about his role said, “Yes, I am playing the role of a producer and it’s a great opportunity for me as an actor. I am coming back to a daily soap format after three years. The role is very promising and the concept is very unique. My role is very interesting and that’s what made me choose this role.”
Adding to this Shruti said, “It feels good to be back on television with TV, Biwi aur Main. The concept was very exciting and the scripts have been hilarious. I just loved the idea about a show on the life of a producer and how it impacts his family life.I play the “Biwi” in the show who is an urban sophisticated woman who is a little playful”.
