Here's some good news for the fans of the popular show Mere Angne Mein. Produced by SphereOrigins, the show has completed 700 episodes successfully on May 26, 2017. The show launched on June 15, 2015, with much pomp and drama and later on went on to become the favourite family show on Indian television. The show has won the hearts of the audience with its fascinating characters like Ammaji, who has been carrying the legacy of a Matriarch in the family.

Riya aka Ekta was shown killed while the time of conceiving her baby. Ekta rose to fame with her Zee TV show Rab Se Sona Ishq. The actress was seen missing in action on the show for quite some time. She was diagnosed with dengue last year and ever since then her appearances were a rare sight on her show. Apparently, her on-screen chemistry with her reel husband Shivam aka Karam Rajpal was loved by many.
