Kritika Kamra to wear her mother's bridal lehenga in Prem Ya Paheli Chandrakanta
Kritika Kamra is gearing up for a wedding sequence in Prem Ya Paheli Chandrakanta.
Kritika Kamra is hands down one of the gorgeous actresses we have in the world of television. She looks drop dead gorgeous as the titular role in Life OK's show Prem Ya Paheli Chandrakanta.
Now, the show is all set to have a wedding sequence of Chandrakanta and for that Kritika decided to don her mother's bridal lehenga instead of a designer one on the show. Talking about it, a source revealed to an online portal, "When Kritika was narrated the wedding sequence she got really excited for it and decided to give it a personal touch by calling for her mother’s bridal lehenga from home. Few modifications were made to the lehenga to make it look a tad contemporary. Kritika not only wore her mother’s lehenga but she also got into the detailing of her makeup as she wanted it to look perfect."
Reports have it, Kritika's mother even visited the sets to see her daughter getting decked up for the important wedding sequence.

Earlier, Kritika spoke at length about how actors are underestimated on the small screen. She stated to a leading agency, "It is assumed that if you act on TV, you can only do so much. Actors are underestimated on TV. I want to break that stereotype and that's why I consciously take on other projects too."
She further added, "I have been lucky to get projects on different mediums and I have been able to deliver them successfully. My endeavour is to act in different mediums and show that I have a personality of my own. I want to be known as an actor, not a TV actor."
