After Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai, Khichdi to make a comeback as a web show?
JD Majethia opens up on whether classic comedy show Khichdi will have a new season too or not.
While the fans cannot stop raving about the brand new Sarabhai vs Sarabhai Take 2 web series which is all set to air on May 16, 2017, we have some other hot news!
Remember the classic comedy show, Khichdi? Well, how about a sequel to it too?
JD Majethia, who was present at the Sarabhai vs Sarabhai take 2 press conference, was asked if they are planning to bring back Khichdi in the form of web series as well. Responding to this, he said, "Yes, there's something going on at the back end bit, I won't divulge any more details now. We will let you know soon."
Does this mean that there is a Khichdi Take 2 web series in making too? Well, we hope so.
Apart from this, JD while introducing all the member of the Sarabhai family to the press also revealed that the makers are planning to have a special Friday episodes which will be based on each of the characters. It will be interesting to see how the makers plan to entertain us.
Talking about the Sarabhai vs Sarabhai comeback, JD said, "We were missing the show, but it eventually became so big after it went off air but before creating it again, we wanted to be sure that we could recreate Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai magic again."
Speaking about the show, Satish Shah aka Indravadan Sarabhai said, "It didn't bother us when how and where, we just wanted to come together for Sarabhai Vs Sarabhai."
We can't wait to live this madness yet again!
