&TV’s upcoming show Chupke Chupke has roped in fine star cast with Mohit Malhotra, Prithvi Hatte, Krunal Pandit, Farida Dadi on the list. Now, the latest actor to have joined the team is none other than the gorgeous Tanaaz Irani. Tanaaz, who last seen on Jamai Raja, will be seen essaying the character of Kuku Bataliwala, a happy-go-lucky Parsi firebrand impulsive, funny and unpredictable. She will be seen as Abhishek Awasthi’s (Mohit Malhotra) boss.

Tanaaz while confirming the news, said, “It feels great to be associated with Chupke Chupke as the show is different from the shows you’ve seen on Television. I will be seen playing the character of a crazy Parsi woman named Kuku Bataliwala, who owns an IT firm. It’s funny that the makers went on an audition spree during the casting phase for this role as they were looking for someone like Tanaaz Irani for the character (laughs). I am really proud to say that none of the ladies that auditioned had the right amount of madness and suave disposition that I could portray. And here I am! After reading the script and the characterization, I realised that this role is just made for me and I accepted this offer as luckily I was free. I hope the audience like my new stint and work in Chupke Chupke.”

Chupke Chupke is a light-hearted romantic story of two young career-oriented individuals - Meera and Abhishek, trying to run away from the institution of marriage, who end up in a ‘Contract marriage’ of full of terms and conditions to suit their convenience.
