And yet again, The Kapil Sharma Show seems to have landed onto trouble!

This time, Kapil and Navjyot Singh Sidhu are probably set to face the wrath of a double meaning joke cracked on their episode, that seems to have irked a few.

Advocate Hari Chand Arora has apparently written to Punjab government to take action against Sidhu’s alleged ‘vulgar’ jokes.
While talking to a daily on Monday(April 10), Hari Chand Arora , advocate, Punjab and Haryana High Court said “I viewed “Kapil Sharma Show” on April 8, 2017 from 9.00 PM to around 10.15 PM. The “comedy” of Kapil Sharma, and particularly that of Navjot Singh Sidhu, was replete with vulgar, double-meaning and obscene dialogues. It violated various provisions of Indian Penal Code, 1860, as well as those of Information and Technology Act. Their dialogues offended my conscience while viewing the show along with my wife and daughters” .

He further said, “ Sidhu told Kapil that,  tum shaadi kar lo- 40 saal ki aayu ke baad bande ke cell khatam ho jaye hain (Kapil, get married, otherwise after crossing age of 40 years, you shall lose your reproductive capacity)."

The advocate further stated, that said Sidhu, on TKSS talking about the double meaning joke he encountered with a parliamentary person, was also objectionable The joke went, “Ek baar ek buzurg look liye washroom gaya, wapas lauta toh us ne pant ke button band nahin kiye huye the, Jab usey is ka kaaran poocha toh wo bola, jis sandook mein khazaana na ho, us ko taala lagane ka koi fayda nahin (what Sidhu wanted to bring home to the audience is that an an old man need not button up his pants, as he being virtually impotent, cannot harm any woman)."

By the initiative,  the advocate feels that said it was duty of Punjab chief minister Captain Amarinder Singh to rein in his colleague.

“I am also going to produce recording to the Sidhu’s utterings in Kapil Sharma’s show before court in next hearing on May 11,” he said.

Earlier too Sidhu had found himself in a legal mess after him appearing on TKSS after being a politician was objected. But Sidhu had clearly stated that what he does after his work shift as a politician, is nobody's business.
