The past week saw a lot of hotness in the Television world. Right from Divyanka Tripathi & Sanaya Irani's Nach Baliye to Sunil Grover's version on his fight with Kapil Sharma to Jennifer Winget sizzling every now on then with her terrific performances, here are news that took internet by storm last week.
Nach Baliye 8: Sanaya Irani-Mohit Sehgal, Divyanka Tripathi-Vivek Dahiya burn the dance floor
Divyanka and Vivek who met on the sets of Yeh Hai Mohabbatein and married last year chose a romantic ballroom dance number as their first performance. The both looked so in love and could not take their eyes off of each other. Divyanka looked angelic in a white gown while Vivek looked handsome in a white suit, shirt and trousers. On the other hand, Sanaya and Mohit chose a dance number and looked oh-so-cool. Sanaya looked pretty a green long kurti with the buttons worn till the waist and a pink lehenga. Mohit looked smart in a black tee, brown jacket and white pants. The two met on the sets of Miley Jab Hum Tum and got hitched last year in an intimate beach wedding.

In a photo shared by Barun Sobti on his Instagram handle, the entire cast was seen having a fun time. Among the invitees were Sanaya Irani along with husband Mohit Sehgal, Daljeet Bhanot, Akshay Dogra, Barun Sobti and his wife. Interesting, Barun is reported to make a comeback on small screen with a 4 Lions series yet again, and the if rumours are to be believed the producers are planning to have another season of the popular show IPKKND. Earlier when we contacted Barun to get more clarity, he neither denied nor confirmed the news. "I have signed a non-disclosure agreement with the channel and cannot speak about it right now," he said.
The Kapil Sharma Show 'speciality' was hands down missing Big Time. It indeed wasn't a pleasant sight to watch TKSS being helmed by Kapil alone and without the typical nok jhok of him and Gulati or Rinku Bhabhi. Well, not to forget, though a thorough professional, Kapil too seemed in a little different zone giving away the entire stage to his guests to carry on the episode completely on their shoulders.

Yes! Sunil Grover is all set to stage a hilarious act as Dr. Mashoor Gulati along with Kiku Sharda playing the nurse. When we asked about the show, all he had to initially say was 'No Comments!' When probed further, Sunil who sounded quite disturbed by his quotes being misquoted by a media portal, said, "Yes, it's a live gig and I usually keep doing this. Looking forward to it", he signed off refusing to divulge any further details!

The actor, who hands down is one of the staunch pillars of TKSS, chose to stay back with Kapil after his fellow members chose to leave the show after the ugly fight. Not just that, Kiku will also be seen performing a vital role in Sunil's upcoming live show to be held in Delhi on April 1. A few over-hyped media reports also stated Kiku to be playing safe by balancing with Kapil by being on TKSS and also with Sunil by being a part of his show, thus putting him into the negative light.
We got in touch with Kiku to know his version of the story. The actor blatantly refused to comment on the issue initially stating that there will be more controversy for no reason. But when probed further, he said, "Firstly what does balancing both the shows mean?! Like what are these 'both the shows'?! The one that I am going to do with Sunil is a one off thing just for a day unlike a series of episodes. It was planned three months in advance. It absolutely has got nothing to do nothing with the controversy stating both Sunil and Kapil. Three months ago we agreed to do a show in Delhi with these two characters. So there is nothing as such, there is no connection with my one off with Sunil and the controversy. It's sad to know people are thinking this way." He further said, "To make it clear, the one with Sunil is a one off thing and I am doing only one show, The Kapil Sharma Show." After which he refused to talk about anything, more!
On the first death anniversary of the late actress, Kamya Punjabi is all set to pay her a tribute. Kamya apparently is set to release a short film, 'Hum Kuchh Keh Naa Sakey', online, in the memory of her best friend. Probably, this was the last project for Pratyusha, where she would be seen facing the camera before she ended her life. Shot one-and-a-half month before her suicide, the film features Pratyusha in the lead. It bears an a kind of striking resemblance to the story of her real life with the subject revolving around heartbreak and depression.
While talking about the film, Kamya told us, "It's been produced by a common friend of mine and Pratyusha, Neeru Nikhat. She called me a few days ago, and said that let's do something about this movie, let's release it online. And I was like Yes, we should." "Whatever we earn from this movie, I will be handing it all over to Pratyusha's parents. So I thought of releasing the movie in a better way since the purpose of the movie is so good." "What's there in the movie I would want everyone to see and then tell me about it. We couldn't shoot the entire movie with Pratyusha. The climax part was left and before we could shoot for that, Pratyusha herself got her real life's climax done. We had shot for it almost every night," said Kamya. "People need to realise that it is okay to talk about your issues rather going through them alone, I want people to know this," she further added.
The trailer of the movie bears a striking resemblance to Pratyusha's real life happening. And with the male character's name being Rahul in the movie, it becomes all the more relatable. "Yes, this movie was made when she was amongst us. Probably she was actually going through all that during the time of the shoot." "You know, that is the only big regret that I have. I couldn't help her when she wanted it the most. I was also going through a lot of ups and downs in my life that time after my break up with Karan. I was too unstable. But had she spoken about the intensity of her issue even once, things would have been better. I should have forced her. I regret of having not done this." She further said, "I don't want another Pratyusha in the making ever! If I could ever save a life, I would feel a little less guilty than what I am feeling now," said Kamya.
