EXCLUSIVE: Kapil Sharma's ex girlfriend Preeti Simoes rubbishes reports of QUITTING The Kapil Sharma Show

The controversies around Kapil Sharma just doesn't seem to slow down anytime soon. Every new day brings in a new controversy revolving around Kapil. Before being surrounded with all the negative news, Kapil was being showered with umpteen number of well wishes and love from fans after he announced his marriage to Ginni Chatrarth on Twitter. But this good news was immediately followed up by the reports of his rumoured ex girlfriend Preeti Simoes to have been upset. It was also said that along with Sunil Grover, Ali Asgar and Chandan Prabhakar, Preeti too had decided to quit The Kapil Sharma Show, after being heartbroken. Her absence from the shoot currently just added fuel to the speculation fire.
But wait! Before it gets hyped even more, we contacted Preeti to know her version of the story. Contrary to media reports Preeti did not ditch The Kapil Sharma show. She told Pinkvilla, "I was already on a family vacation before the news broke out.’’ Preeti is presently in Goa with her family and recently celebrated birthday of one of her relatives too.
Having said that, it proves that Preeti definitely seemed to have been absent on TKSS not for professional but personal reasons. Preeti has been associated with Kapil’s shows for more than four years. Talking about her alleged relationship with the comedian, all she said was, "I have a great working relationship with Kapil Sharma." It was said that Kapil and Preeti were seeing each other for quite sometime. But apparently, the big fight that took place on a cruise during a popular marathi awards a few months ago, led to their separation. It was said that after a few drinks down, Kapil misbehaved with a few actresses present at the show. But the thorough professionals the two are, did not let their personal life affect their professional commitments. In fact when Kapil introduced Ginni to the world as his to be wife, Preeti was one of the first ones to congratulate him.
