After being physically assaulted by Kapil Sharma, Sunil Grover to quit TKSS?
Following the mid-air physical assault by Kapil Sharma, reports are that Sunil Grover has walked out of The Kapil Sharma Show.
Only hours after hitting the headlines for finally confessing his love for girlfriend Ginni Chatrath publically, Kapil Sharma is back in the news but for all the wrong reasons this time.
While the rumour mill has been rife about the 35-year-old comedian’s disagreements and fights with his co-stars, reports are that the comedy show host on Thursday night got into a physical brawl with colleague Sunil Grover.
Apparently, the incident happened when The Kapil Sharma Show cast and crew were coming back after a tour from Australia. Reportedly, a sloshed Kapil started to abuse and misbehave with Sunil on their flight back home, which was loud enough to get the attention of their co-passengers.
The verbal fight even turned into a physical assault by Kapil while Sunil is said to have maintained his cool. It only stopped when the cabin crew intervened.
Sunil, on the other hand, looked embarrassed and apologised to his flight mates for Kapil’s behaviour.
Now according to a leading daily, it is believed that Sunil Grover aka Doctor Mashoor Gulati would soon be quitting the show.
Talking of which how would we ever come to terms with the absence of Rinku bhabhi and Doctor Gulati on the weekend show?!
We tried contacting Sunil and Kapil but both seem to have chosen to keep their cell phones switched off.
Incidentally, this is not the first time reports about their controversial rapport has been flying around. Earlier too, Sunil shocked us by walking out of Comedy Nights With Kapil. At that time, however, the comedian had gone on record to clear that he had quit the show because of contractual issues and actually had no problem with Kapil.
