Kunal Verma opens up on his breakup with girlfriend Puja Banerjee!
It seems like 2016 is jinxed for Telly Ville couples. Talking about breakups, reports of Kunal Verma parting ways with girlfriend Puja Banerjee has been making headlines for quite some time now. The couple, who met on the sets of the show Tujh Sang Preet Lagayi Sajna, fell in love with each other instantly.
Karan has finally opened up on his much-talked-about breakup. He said, "I don't like talking about my personal life and I am not a person who wants publicity out of this. There are some things that should be understood and kept as it is. There was just a conversation about this matter and I talked about some stuff off-record. I don't know how did they make it to the news brigade."
Talking about the reason of his breakup, he added, "As I said, I have not been very vocal about my personal life since day one. There is no denying that we had a great time together and nothing can take that away. I am not comfortable talking about it too much. When I am doing good work, I would be more than happy to talk and share about the same. Anything pertaining my work, my show, etc, I am always up for a chat. And even now, when I am not doing much work, I don't want such publicity and would rather be known and remembered for my work."
He also said that he's still in touch with Puja. "What happened has happened. We remain friends forever and that is the bottom line. I think that is what is important above anything else," Kunal signed off!
