"Positive characters are just boring"- Kishwer Merchantt on playing a vamp in Ekta Kapoor's Brahmarakshas!
Known for calling 'spade a spade' and being blunt enough, Telly Ville's Kishwer Merchant has always believed in talking her heart out. Her fans got to closely witness this side of her personality especially during her strong and confident stint in Bigg Boss 9. The actress who is making her comeback with Ekta Kapoor's BrahmaRakshas, is all geared up to essay a character with complete grey shades. Having said that, Kishwer finds it really interesting to play a negative character as compared to that of a miss goody two shoes!
Ask her how difficult or easy it is to play a negative character, and Kish says, "Yes! Convincing audiences that you are negative in reel life is difficult because in real life I am not. But playing is not that difficult you see! I just love playing such roles. Actually playing a negative character is always so much interesting! You can do so much with it. You can change your voice, go berserk, go a little mad, you can get psycho; that is what is challenging. Positive characters are just boring! All you have to do is cry and look good all the time. That's not me!"
The lady who is all set to walk down the aisle with Suyyash in December will be playing the character of Aparajita in the new show. The first episode of Brahmarakshas that went on air recently received quite a lot of appreciation from audiences. And we must say Kishwer essayed the role of a vamp perfectly in the first go itself! What say?!
