LOL! Sandeep Anand to Play the Role of a Pregnant Woman in May I Come In Madam?
May I Come In Madam? actor Sandeep Anand, who plays the role of Sajan Agarwal, is all set to be disguised as a pregnant woman in the show.
When asked about it, Sandeep revealed, "We are doing an episode where Sajan gets demoted. In trying to prove the other person wrong to clear his reputation, he has to get into this avatar."
This is not the first time he will be playing the role of a woman. "I have played a woman many times on screen before. I had to don a lady get-up as I was playing a cop in the earlier show to solve the case," Sandeep said.
He describes his first experience of playing a pregnant woman as real fun. "I had mixed feelings - first, it was funny to be in that get-up, but then I realised how difficult it must be for a woman to be in this state for nine months. Hats off to them," said the May I Come In Madam? actor.
Sandeep Anand is grey-eyed, so he has to wear lenses when he plays Sajan, but for playing the role of a pregnant woman, Sandeep chooses to retain his original eyes. He said, "Sajan Agrawal is an aam aadmi, so I wear black lenses so that the audience can relate to him. But when I had to take on the guise of a woman, my creatives of the show Harshada Potnis and director Shashank Bali thought that I'll make a pretty woman with my real grey eyes."
