Star comedian Kapil Sharma himself turned into being one major way out  for people in laughing their wits out with his funny jokes and superb spontaneity. Leaving their day to day tensions behind, the whole nation made it a point to stay glued to their TV sets on weekends to watch Kapil's comedy nights With Kapil. The comedy king as he is known as did not attain stardom overnight. It took him years of sheer hard work and the belief in himself that made him a star!

Sheer hardwork

The comedian initially had struggled a lot. He began his acting in Amritsar. He also taught at drama at a girls college in Delhi. It took him over a decade to create a strong foothold in the industry.It was theThe Great Indian Laughter Challenge in 2007 followed by Comedy Circus which helped him make it to creating a comedy show on his name.

Fulfil father's dream

With a view to fulfil his father's last dream of seeing Kapil as a superstar one day, the actor left no stone unturned in fulfilling it. His father succumbed to cancer before Kapil could make it big.

Consider every profession equal;

The actor right from working in a cloth mill, to teaching drama at a girls college to also running a PCO booth, seems to have done it all. But he does not consider any profession superior or inferior, but considers all of them to be equal.

Never fear rejection;

If you feel,  way to stardom was a cake walk for Kapil, then you need to know that he had faced a lot of rejection during his initial struggling days. He was rejected at first go at the Great Indian Laughter Challenge. But he did not lose hope nor confidence. Rather he returned the next year and not just got through the auditions but also went on to win the season. He supposedly gave all his amount of Rs.10 lac for his sister's wedding.

Action speaks louder than words;

In the recent news of Kapil leaving CNWK due to differences between him and the channel was doing rounds. A lot of people went on record in calling Kapil a coward, unprofessional and blamed him for the shutting of Comedy Nights with Kapil. Though Kapil's fans and well-wishers did defend Kapil, but the actor chose to stay mum on this topic.This behaviour of his had raised the eyebrows of many. But Kapil chose to let his work speak rather than getting involved into a war of words. And here you go! The comedian announced the launch of his new show, The Kapil Sharma Show with a bang!
