Cricket commentary is not an easy job- Gautam Gulati

Actor and ex-Big Boss Winner Gautam Gulati will soon be seen in Tony D'souza's Azhar.
The actor will step into the shoes of a cricket commentator inspired by cricketer Ravi Shastri. His role in the movie is named as Ravish.
While talking to a leading daily, the actor elaborated on his character. “I met Tony sir for a look test after coming out of the Bigg Boss house. When I read the script I instantly fell in love with the character."
He further elaborated, " He's a flamboyant, sophisticated cricketer who'd played an important role in Mohammad Azharuddin's life when he was just starting out." Gautam also has done a two-month long workshop with the Azhar director before shooting begun. Gautam will be seen doing a lot of commentary for which besides the reading sessions, he says that he has watched a lot of commentating videos as part of the prep. "Cricket commentary is not an easy job, it requirespresence of mind and impromptu lines. It was great fun." said the actor.
Gautam was initially seen in the serial Diya aur Baati hum followed by the reality show Big Boss. He emerged as the winner of the show.
