EXCLUSIVE - Gurmeet Choudhary on wife Debina Bonnerjee: I will always say that she is my pillar of strength
As Debina Bonnerjee celebrates her birthday today, Pinkvilla got in touch with doting husband Gurmeet Choudhary who spoke about Debina's birthday plans, her most memorable birthday and revealed the success behind their loving marriage.
Debina Bonnerjee celebrates her birthday today and the pretty actor is celebrating the occasion with her doting husband Gurmeet Choudhary.
The couple starred together in Ramayan as Ram and Sita and tied the knot on February 15, 2011. Since then, the couple is still not over their honeymoon phase and give us all, major relationship goals. Their Instagram pages are filled with loved-up pictures that speak volumes about their fairytale romance.
For Debina's birthday, we got in touch with Gurmeet who was all compliments for his wife.
When it comes to Debina's birthday plans this year, Gurmeet disclosed that they planned to go to Krabi and on whether any surprises were planned, the actor responded, "There are a lot of plans on her wish list to fulfill." On a memorable birthday of Debina's that he cherishes, Gurmeet pondered, "Her first birthday with me. I planned a surprise but she hates surprises. Unfortunately, I had to reveal the plan before I could convince her to take her along with me."
When we quizzed Gurmeet on what he feels is Debina's best quality, the actor revealed, "She is an all-rounder. She can plan things better so, my birthdays are better planned."
They are one of the successful love stories in Telly Ville and when asked about the secret behind their loving marriage, Gurmeet stated, "Friendship. We are each other’s friend and are very supportive of each other’s decision."
So would Gurmeet agree that Debina had been his pillar of strength through thick and thin? "I always will say that. But I would also say that it takes two to tango."
