PINKVILLA EXCLUSIVE: “Dolly Bindra is the one who actually told me to go to Bigg Boss” – New Wild Card Entrant Kanwaljit Singh!

He has been there and done that – this quality makes him a perfect material for a show like Bigg Boss! Meet celebrity fashion designer Kanwaljit Singh who is quite popular in Mumbai’s social circles. Before making his entry in the BB9 house this week, here’s what he told Pinkvilla.com

Why did you agree to be a part of Bigg Boss?

It’s a nine-year itch for me. Since Bigg Boss first started, I wanted to be a part of it and the last few years they did get in touch with me, but for some reason or the other it didn't happen, Now it has finally happened and I am very happy!

 What is your main agenda behind entering the BB house?

Basically having fun and letting the world know, "Hello I'm still alive!"

Since, all the contestants are of a younger age group; how do you plan to handle them?

In real life although I am 60, I have no friends in my age group. All of my friends are 25-26. So, it's a cake walk for me.

Have you watched the show till now? If yes, then who has been your favourite contestant so far?

In BB unless you are entertaining, you won’t survive as a wild card contestant. So, how do you plan to stay in the limelight to avoid early eviction?

I’ll go with the wind as the show goes along.

We hear you have been good friends with former BB contestant Dolly Bindra. Did you seek tips from her while preparing for the show?

She is the one who actually who told me the first time a few years back that I should go  to Bigg Boss. She inspired me a lot.
