Kasautii Zindagii Kay REVIEW: Karan Singh Grover as Mr. Bajaj perfectly fills the void Hina Khan left

Kasautii Zindagii Kay has had quite the run ever since it went on air and while everyone had their own doubts with Parth Samthaan and Erica Fernandes' pairing, everything fell into perfect place. And that is what has brought us here just again. Karan Singh Grover playing the role of Mr. Bajaj wasn't just as much appreciated initially because people did have their own biases about another male lead and while many thought there'd be a competition, looks like there isn't one after all.

So, for starters, here's what we think. Karan Singh Grover is charming, just as Ronit Roy was (yes, was, because that was a different time). So many comparisons were being drawn out between the two, but guess what? There was a different pair for Anurag and Prerna as well? But, just like this time worked out fine, so did it for Mr. Bajaj. Karan is just the perfect choice now, though everyone did have their doubts earlier, personal biases kept aside, he has the right charms, the perfect attitude and of course, one great personality to play that brooding man with the salt and pepper look.

While that's about the way he looks, one might take time to actually get habituated and warm up to the idea of seeing him as Mr. Bajaj and also pull off the character with finesse. He can convince the viewers with what he says and get people to hate him because of the things he is doing, but every wrong he does seems right, purely because of the extra something he brings on the table with himself. And, while Hina Khan fans might hate me for the remark about him being the perfect fit to fill in the void she left as Komolika, all I mean is it would have taken someone like KSG to be loved and yet hated for what he does.

All in all, with Erica and Parth doing their thing, Karan is a great addition to the ensemble cast and it is just the beginning to all the amazing work we have ahead of us! He is the man you will find yourself falling for even when he isn't someone you'd want to mess with.
