Jodha Akbar : Nigaar tricks Jalal; takes him prisoner
In Zee TV's 'Jodha Akbar', the Mughal army is ready for the war and Jalal gives them an inspiring speech. Meanwhile Rahim is with Jodha when she feels cramps in her stomach. Rahim asks her if she has new toy for him in her stomach. Jodha is pleased as she feels that a child's words are auspicious.
The battle ensues and there is a lot of casualty on both sides. Jalal and Abul come face to face and Abul succeeds in tricking Jalal to follow him into a deep forest. Once they are there, Abul reveals how he had used Nigaar to capture Jalal and now he had both the brother and the sister in his captivity. They both fight and Jalal is able to escape. He is attacked again as he tries to find Nigaar. He is able to fight off the attack and resume his search. Jalal finds her tied to a tree and he unties her. Nigaar is shocked to see Jalal caring for her and realizes how she wrong she was about Jalal. She reveals to Jalal about how Maha Chuchak mistreated her.
Nigaar leads Jalal to a secluded place telling him that it would be safe for the two of them but it is revealed that she had been putting on an act and in fact she was leading him into a trap. Abul and Nigaar take Jalal into captivity and Nigaar announces that now Jalal is a prisoner of Maha Chuchak. Jalal is shocked and hurt at her betrayal.
In the upcoming episode, Todarmal informs all the women that Jalal has been captured and everyone is shocked. Rukkaiya suggests that all women take poison if the rival army decides to capture them. Jodha is alarmed at her suggestion.
