Jodha Akbar : Adham gets to know about Chand Begum!
Jodha decides to check the food which Jalal has to eat. Hamida and Salima support this effort of hers. Jodha refuses to let a servant taste the food and decides to do so herself. Hamida decides to check the Mughal food. When the food is deemed to be safe, Jalal is given permission to eat it. Todar meets Zakira in the jail and tells her about the burn on Shahnaz’s hand. Zakira tells him that her wound is from water but Todar disagrees. He tells Zakira that he believes her innocence and he will try and find proof to free her. Adham tells Maha Manga that they should get rid of Shahnaz because she is after the throne but Maha Manga asks him to stay away from the matter.
Jodha and Jalal spend some moments with Rahim and Salima and Jodha is able to handle Rahim where Jalal and Salima fail and they comment on her bond with children. Jalal tells Jodha that she seems to be ready to become a mother making her blush.
Shahnaz tells Jodha that she was with Todarmal but that he is not a good man and so she ran away from there making Jodha confused about why he would call and meet Shahnaz. Maha Manga shows Chand Begum to Adham who is shocked and also scared that of Jalal’s reaction if he were to know that Maha Manga behaved this way with a queen. However Maha Manga dismisses his fears and tells him that Chand Begum will be their ticket to the throne.
Shahnaz lures Todarmal into a room acting as if she wants to play hide and seek with him but he refuses and wants to talk to her about her burnt hand. However she plans things in such a way that when Jodha enters the room, she finds Todarmal holding Shahnaz’s saari. She is confused about the happenings.
In the upcoming episode, Jodha and Jalal discover a distraught Shahnaz who is crying and whose clothes are torn. She points towards Todarmal as the culprit. Will Shahnaz succeed in her plans to frame Todarmal?
