Sidharth made his TV debut in 2008 with Babul Ka Aangann Chootey Na but rose to fame after he played a pivotal role in Balika Vadhu. His onscreen chemistry and earnest acting chops won him a lot of praises and a huge fan base. The actor even went on to participate in Jhalak Dhikla Ja where he showcased his dancing skills. Again, he participated in Khatron Ke Khiladi 7. He was declared a winner for KKK7 despite getting eliminated early on. This was perhaps the first time that a contestant who got eliminated and returned as a wild card won the season. Sidharth performed all the tasks diligently on the show.
Sidharth's journey hasn't been all hunky-dory. He worked hard for each step and slowly climbed the ladder. He later went on to make his Bollywood debut with Varun Dhawan, Alia Bhatt starrer Humpty Sharma Ki Dulhania where his role got him a lot of appreciation. That is not all, the actor later went on to feature in Dil Se Dil Tak where he was seen opposite Rashami Desai and Jasmin Bhasin. This was his last fiction show. Apart from acting, dancing and performing stunts, Sidharth also turned host for Saavdhaan India and India’s Got Talent.
Sidharth has always been known for his short temper but despite that, he has maintained a tall status in the industry. His Bigg Boss journey in itself is proof of the emotionally strong person that he is. Now with BB 13, Sidharth has taken his popularity a notch higher. He has also become the most searched TV personality of 2019, according to Google.
