Bigg Boss 11: Fans think that Vikas Gupta deserves to be the new captain of the house
Vikas Gupta is the new captain of Bigg Boss house.
Bigg Boss 11 has become one of the most talked about shows recently. It is full of drama, never-ending fights, and controversies. And, we have also got the top 10 contestants of this season, who are leaving no stones unturned to win the show.
In the Friday’s episode, we saw that Vikas Gupta became the new captain of the house. Vikas Gupta and Priyank Sharma were the contenders for captaincy and they were given a rather interesting task.
There was a musical surprise waiting for everyone, as the lawn area was divided into two halves with huge DJ consoles on either side. With each song, contestants had to come forth and dance to the tune of their favorite DJ between Vikas Gupta and Priyank Sharma. The one with the maximum dancers would be elected as the captain of the house. Priyank tried his luck at getting maximum votes, by offering the contestants some goodie points.
Starting with Saath Samundar Paar, Arshi Khan and Hina Khan danced it out on the floor placing their votes towards Vikas and Priyank respectively. Next ones to show their moves were Shilpa and Luv swaying to the tunes of Meri Pant Bhi Sexy; Bandagi and Akash hit the floor next and they cast their votes to Vikas and Priyank respectively. With each contender having 3 votes on their side, it was then up to Puneesh Sharma to select the next Captain.
Puneesh cast his vote to Vikas Gupta making him the new captain of the Bigg Boss 11 house.
Well, it seems that audience is very happy with this decision of the housemates. In a poll conducted by Pinkvilla, we asked if they think that Vikas deserves to be the captain of the Bigg Boss 11 house? The answer was definitely in favour of Vikas. Out of 1405 votes registered, 75% were in favour, while 25% did not like the decision.
Meanwhile, in today’s Weekend Ka Vaar, Katrina was the guest on the show. Salman and Kat danced to the tunes of Swag Se Swagat from their upcoming movie, Tiger Zinda Hai. They also launched the new song, Dil Diya Gallan. The actress will enter the Bigg Boss house tomorrow to meet all the contestants.
