Bigg Boss 12 ex-contestant Saurabh Patel has filed a defamation case against a media organization for faking his identity and profession.
Bigg Boss 12 invited commoner jodis this season and while the season was considered to be rather not so happening, a lot of controversies seem to have been built around the contestants. The jodi of Shivashish Mishra and Saurabh Patel, in the very start, was called out for being fake and not actually being who they portray themselves to be. While Saurabh was eliminated a couple of weeks ago, Shivashish's eviction happened just last week.
Pictures of Shivashish and Saurbah's meeting post his eviction were doing the rounds on social media. Though Shivashish's eviction is considered to be unfair by many fans, he accepted the decision of Bigg Boss despite considering it wrong. And now, Pinkvilla has heard that Saurabh Patel s filed a defamation case against a media organization for maligning his reputation by calling him a liar. During the initial weeks of Bigg Boss, it was being said that Saurabh is faking his identity and lying about his profession. Turns out it is not true after all.
Pinkvilla has got access to the legal notice sent to the media organization. The notice reads 'notice of initiating defamation proceedings against you for maligning the integrity and reputation of my client.' While this is definitely a big step taken by Saurabh, we wonder what response will the organization give to him in their defense and if this turns out to be any true, then what the due course of the case be.
