World's "Cutest dog" Boo has passed away from a broken heart: Netizens mourn his loss

The dog labelled as the "Cutest pup in the world" and who became an overnight internet sensation passed away recently, his owners announced. Boo, was around 6.5 years or 12 years (in human years) when he passed in his sleep. The Pomeranian had over 16 million likes on his Facebook page and was quite the sensation on social media. 

Boo's owner's penned down an emotional post on his Facebook page that had netizens mourning his loss. Boo's companion Buddy, passed away in 2017 and since then Boo showed signs of heart issues. "We think his heart literally broke when Buddy left us. He hung on and gave us over a year," the post read. The post also spoke about how the two probably reunited in heaven. Along with the post, Boo and Buddy's owner also shared many pictures of the adorable dogs who were subjects of several books and other merchandise. 

Boo even had his very own book deal and including 'Boo: The Life of the World's Cutest Dog" and discussed how he handled fame on national television! "Life hasn't changed for me. I like to stay home and play with toys and pal around with Buddy," the voice of boo said. Other popular pet pages like Chimera Cat and Venus the Two Faced Cat also mourned Boo's loss along with fans of the dog, calling him a true "legend". 

Boo was so famous that there was a rumour that Boo had passed away back in 2012. But this rumour was debunked by CNN.
