#StopVictimShaming - India's very own #MeToo movement has gained momentum and has brought with it a way of unfiltered emotions all across the country. The movement has started living room conversations and an open debate in our otherwise silent society. Along with the brave women speaking up what is shameful is when these victims are shamed by their very own people behind their backs. In the video, we have shown the '47 things that every #MeToo victim has to hear'.

It is extremely sad and shameful that this society that we live in only has questions for anyone and everyone, who gathers up courage and decides to open up. Why don’t we as a society support these victims? Who were traumatised, their morale was stripped down and after going through so much must have hit rock bottom? Even today when India’s Me Too movement is raging up with some extremely powerful names coming up, we still have people doubting the accuser. Why are we so intolerant as a society? Why are we so scared?

The biggest misconception that one has is that #MeToo is only for women, which let me help clear the air for you is WRONG. #MeToo goes beyond gender and time. “It’s never too late”, we all know this phrase right? Something that we’ve heard people say a numerous number of times and I’m sure we’ve used it ourselves too. Then why is it that when a victim comes out and talks about what he/she has been put through, we start judging it through the mirrors of time? It’s high time we as a community, as a society, come together to make this a safe environment for every individual to work and live in.

Our video is a take on every hurtful, bizarre thing that every #MeToo victim has to hear on a day-to-day basis. If you have gone through the same trauma or have heard someone shame a victim then comment below with the preceding number's hashtag. Share your #48 story.

Let’s come together and unmask the devils breeding in this society.
