How sane is it to think that the daughter of a sex worker can only join her mother’s trade and is barred from other pursuits?
Most of the people, who claim to be civilized and educated, think that the child of a sex worker is not worth having a word with or is not even good for leading a more meaningful and respectable life in the society.
Talk about hypocrite society.
Via this wonderful video, four girls, whose mothers were forced into prostitution for bad circumstances, share their heart wrenching story. While three of them were raped by their step-fathers and one of them was sexually abused by her husband.
Life took away the right to live like a normal being but these brave girl did not gave up to live a better life. And here they are, raring to chase their dreams! We salute such brave hearts from the bottom of our heart.
But, thinking of their plight made us ask ourselves that isn’t the men living in society who make a prostitute out of a woman? Isn’t it the lust of the men that forces a woman to get into prostitution? Isn’t it the unjust society and the government that leaves no other option before a woman but to enter into this web mire of sex trade?
