Much like common sense civic sense has become an uncommon quality in people these days. Isn’t it selfish to NOT to think about making an effort to not to throw our garbage on the road or not to pee at open places or even forget all mannerisms while boarding or de-boarding a public transport?
Often, we come across highly literate people traveling in high-octane cars but with barely any civic sense instilled in their mind. Ironical, no?
These just a few examples and the list is endless.
The main point is, anybody can be literate but it takes compassion for our country and its people and the Mother Earth on a whole to become civil.
