KBC 8’s new promo about Hindu-Muslim unity is a feel-good attempt!

The makers of India’s one of the most popular game shows – Kaun Banega Crorepati (KBC) – have come up with an innovative and an honest promo to tap on the religious sentiments of the viewers.
The promo of season 8 shows a Hindu as well as a Muslim family who live by harbouring enmity towards each other. However, things change for better when one of the members of the Hindu family seeks help of his Muslim neighbour to cross a hurdle on the game show.
We think it is an honest attempt to give the message that KBC is meant to bring together every caste, creed, race under a common platform. It is not just a family show but a show made for the society as well. No?
