Genshin Impact 2.2 update; livestream time, release date and more

Genshin Impact is going to release the latest update in a couple of weeks and preview its content via an upcoming live stream. The livestream will be a special broadcast to show the contents of the latest update and what new feature it is coming with, and it will last an hour. We have heard a lot of rumours about the new update and this livestream may confirm them. In the livestream, the viewers will get to know about the upcoming events, banners, and new regions coming to Genshin Impact. The Genshin Impact 2.2 update will launch on 13th October and soon after the maintenance hours, the game will receive the new contents and banners.

The company is not announcing anything before the livestream. They want everything to release during the livestream. The company has confirmed that the players will be provided with the free 5 star character, Aloy, if they didn’t get it in the previous version.

Genshin Impact 2.2: Banner

According to a banner leak, HU Tao and Childe are going to return. Ganyu and Albedo can also return. Genshin Impact version 2.2 will feature a five star character. Another leak said that Thoma, a polearm character with shield support, is going to come under the 2.2 banners and will perform well in the game with an impressive sub-DPS. It has an ability to deal with Pyro damage in tandem with character’s attacks. 

We can expect a 5 star bow with a base attack of 609 and a CRIT Rate bonus of 33.1% at level 90. This bow will be the best- in-slot option for Childe. However, we will get to know about the final details during the livestream.

The fans can tune in to the livestream on the official Twitch channel. Apart from announcements, there will be free Primogems via redeem codes in the livestream. The code expires in a day so the players should take advantage of that as soon as possible.
