England have named an unchanged 12-member squad for the third Ashes Test that begins from Thursday at Leeds. After the rain-affected second game at Lord's ended in a draw, the hosts decided not to make any changes to their arsenal, and went ahead with the same team. It means that injured James Anderson has not been picked as well.

Anderson is all set to play for Lancashire's second XI, and will turn out against Leicestershire in a three-day friendly game that will start from Tuesday. It will be a part of his rehabilitation program.

The bowler, suffering from a calf injury, aggravated it during the first Test, which Australia managed to win by 251 runs. Jofra Archer replaced Anderson in the second game and picked up five wickets, and also impressed with a lethal spell as he consistently bowled over 90mph.

Australia lead the five-match series 1-0.

Squad: Joe Root (captain), Jofra Archer, Jonny Bairstow (wicketkeeper), Stuart Broad, Rory Burns, Jos Buttler, Sam Curran, Joe Denly, Jack Leach, Jason Roy, Ben Stokes, Chris Woakes.
