‘Qubool Hai’ to take another long story leap; Karanvir Bohra, Varun Toorkey to be ousted!
4 Lions Productions’ show ‘Qubool Hai’ was supposed to take a story leap in the beginning of this year and axe Karanvir Bohra’s character Aahil Raza Ibrahim. However, due to the vehement petition from fans, that plan could not materialise as the makers were forced to retain KVB in the show.
And now we hear that the long-delayed leap in ‘Qubool Hai’ is going to take place in the coming weeks.
A news website reports that except Surbhi Jyoti and Addti Gupta, no other character will be present after the story leap of 20 years!
The website quoted a source as saying, "The only faces to be retained post the leap will be the two female leads, Surbhi Jyoti and Additi Gupta. A closed room discussion between the channel and the production house has resulted in them taking a decision to not retain the present male leads, Karnvir Bohra and Varun Toorkey. New male leads will bring a new zeal and energy in to the show."
Sources also say that ‘Qubool Hai’ has been given a new time slot now. It will be aired at 7.30 pm now that ‘Ek Tha Raja Ek Thi Rani’ has got the 9.30 pm slot. However, none from the channel or production house has confirmed the news.
