'The Lunchbox' wins Critics Week Viewers Choice Award

Irrfan Khan is ecstatic, and there is a good reason for it. His film 'The Lunchbox' won the Critics Week Viewers Choice award at the 66th Cannes Film Festival. Irrfan tweeted, "Just got the news the lunchbox won its first award at Cannes".
This film by debutant Ritesh Batra, stars Irrfan Khan, Nimrat Kaur and Nawazuddin Siddique in the lead roles. It was one of the four films selected for the film extravaganza along with Ugly, Bombay Talkies and Monsoon Shootout.
Anurag Kashyap, who is also in Cannes tweeted, "It's begun.. Lunchbox wins critics week viewers choice award.. It's called the Golden Rail or something.. Yay."
It is time for Bollywood to be proud! Kudos!
