Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi: Will RV and Shikhar succeed in saving Ishani from the bomb blast?
In the recent episode, RV (Shakti Arora) embarks on his journey to rescue his beloved wife Ishani (Radhika Madan) from the clutches of the kidnapper Rajat (Amit Tandon). RV tags along a few cops dressed in normal clothes and he follows the directions of the kidnapper. He boards a bus bound towards Bandra with a bag full of money. Rajat also boards the same bus to keep a close watch on RV. On reaching his destination, RV gets a phone call from Rajat. The latter asks RV to keep the bag near the dustbin placed by the roadside. However, after initial resistance, RV agrees to abide by the kidnapper’s orders. As soon as RV leaves the bag on the road and goes away, Rajat picks up the bag and leaves for a deserted location. The cops alert RV and ask him to check the man walking behind him with the bag. RV nabs the man and begins beating him thinking him to be the kidnapper. However, the man turns out to be someone else. RV apologises to the man for beating him up and rushes to find Rajat. He gets a phone call from Rajat who threatens him of dire consequences for daring to catch him by seeking help from the cops. RV gives an earful to Rajat and informs him that there is a bomb placed in the bag instead of money. Rajat throws the bag in a nearby pond and the noise of the blast alerts RV and the cops. They rush to catch the kidnapper and take him under arrest. RV asks Rajat to tell him about Ishani’s whereabouts. However, Rajat refuses to share the information and reveals that he had planned the kidnapping to settle past scores with him. RV refuses to accept having done anything wrong to anyone in the past and fails to remember any such wrong deed he had committed. Rajat shares that he has fixed a time bomb on Ishani’s body and soon after eats a poisonous thing to put plug on all the loopholes in his masterplan. The police takes Rajat away, while RV gets set to find Ishani. A cop informs him that after tracing Rajat’s phone calls and mobile data, it has been found that Ishani could be near Mahim Lake. On the other hand, Shikhar visits Ritika in jail and makes up a story to force her to speak the truth. Ritika admits planning Ishani’s kidnapping with the help of Rajat and says that Ishani is near Mahim lake.
