Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi: Ritika rubs salt on Ishani’s wounds repeatedly during her wedding with RV!
In the recent episode, we saw Ritika taking Ishani by her arm and bringing her under the mandap to make her witness her wedding. Ishani quietly takes a seat and obliges Ritika with tears in her eyes. The wedding rituals begin and for the ganthbandhan, Ritika adds more salt to Ishani’s wounds by asking her to do the ritual for them with her auspicious hands. Baa, RV and everyone in Ishani’s family get hurt to hear Ritika’s heartless request. Ishani, however, bears it all and quietly ties the ends of Ritika and RV’s clothing for the ganthbandhan ceremony before the pheras. Ritika takes delight in watching Ishani hurt. The pheras begin and Ishani remembers her own wedding with RV as he performs the sindoor daan and other important rituals for Ritika.
After the wedding gets solemnised, Ishani, Baa and others go back to the servant quarters to pack their bags. Baa asks Ishani to allow them to accompany her as they can’t leave her alone. Ishani agrees and picks up her luggage to get going. Ritika watches Ishani and her family leaving the place and plans to rub more salt to their wounds by asking them to wait for her vidaai ceremony. She pleads Baa and Ishani to do her vidaai as Ishani’s father was friends with her father, hence they are like family to her.
Baa accepts Ritika’s request for the sake of her happiness. The episode ends with Ritika smiling victoriously and proceeding for the vidaai ritual.
In the next episode, we will see Ritika entering the Vaghela house with RV as his new bride. She will get the shock of her life as she will see Chirag appearing before her on her first night with RV.
