Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi: Proved! Sharman is the father of Ritika’s unborn baby! But, how did Ritika's DNA sample change?
In the recent episode, we saw Baa managing to convince RV’s mum Amba to let them live with them under the same roof so that they can work together to bring back Ishaani’s memory. Amba gives her consent and the entire Parekh family including Ritesh, Chaitali, Krisha, Devarsh and Prateek arrives with their luggage at RV’s residence. RV showers brotherly love on Krisha by ensuring she is treated well during her stay.
The DNA test results of Sharman’s and Ritika’s unborn baby’s DNA sample are delivered in RV’s hands. Meanwhile, Ritika packs her bags to make herself scarce before she is caught for lying and cheating everyone . RV reads the results and rushes to confront Ritika. Ritika comes out of the washroom trying to look normal and innocent. To all the curious people present around him, RV declares that Ritika is pregnant with Sharman’s baby as per the test results. Sharman gets stupefied to know the result. He insists on getting another test done to confirm the results. Ritika shouts at Sharman that she no longer wants to marry him because he is not a worthy man. Everyone witness Sharman and Ritika slinging mud at each other so vehemently. However, Ishaani handles the situation tactfully by standing up in support of Ritika and upbraiding Sharman for denying his responsibility. She says that she can’t stand a woman (Ritika) being insulted in public even when it is her own brother who is the perpetrator. In a commanding tone, Ishaani shows the door to Sharman and faints immediately.
While RV rushes to take Ishaani in his arms, Shikhar feels odd and hurt to see the love of his life in RV’s embrace.
In the upcoming episode, we will see Ishaani having a private chat with RV in their bedroom about Ritika. She will ask RV to refrain from letting Ritika become dependent on him. RV will argue that Ritika is his good friend and hence deserves his help. However, Ishaani will accidentally say that Ritika is not worthy of RV in any way. How will RV react to this slip-of-the-tongue moment? Did Ishaani and Shikhar purposely change Ritika's DNA test sample as a part of their strategy to trap her?
