Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi: Ishaani pinches Ritika’s wrist to take her DNA sample; Baa gives an idea to Amba to cure Ishaani’s memory loss!
Ritika (Smriti Khanna) is caught in a sticky situation as Ishaani (Radhika Madan) has teamed-up with her brother Sharman and fiancé Shikhar to unmask her before everyone.
In the recent episode, we saw Amba confronting RV about his involvement with Ishaani. Amba asks RV to avoid wasting time with Ishaani and think about the welfare of Ritika and her unborn baby instead. RV assures Amba and Ritika that although he is not in a position to chuck out Ishaani from his life due to her memory loss, he will marry Ritika for sure and bear her responsibilities. RV also tells Amba that the innocence in Ishaani’s eyes last night when he put her to test by getting cozy with her proved that she has indeed lost her memory. Ritika, however, does not get pleased with RV’s assurance and get put off with his stand in favour of Ishaani.
She sheds some crocodile tears to make RV pity her lot and rushes towards her room. RV follows her to make her understand his point. Ritika comes across Ishaani who asks her why she is crying. Ishaani begins playing mind game again by saying that she has understood why Ritika is upset and seeks apology from everyone, including Amba, for slapping Ritika at Devarsh’s wedding for drinking wine. Ishaani also admits that as a friend she is concerned about Ritika’s welfare and hence summons her brother Sharman to accept Ritika and her unborn baby fathered by him. When Sharman denies fathering Ritika’s baby, he is met with vehement opposition from Ritika. Ishaani and Shikhar trap Ritika by asking her to get the DNA test done and prove it to Sharman that it was he who is responsible for her lot and should be the one bearing her responsibility.
Ritika get stunned to hear Ishaani speak about DNA test. However, despite her refusal to undergo the test, Amba and RV ask her to get the test done and slap the reports on Sharman’s face. Ishaani and Shikhar smile victoriously witnessing Ritika caught in their trap. Amba, however, insists on getting the test done by Ritika’s doctor. Sharman agrees to get the test done saying that no matter who does the test, the result is gonna be the same.
A doctor is called for the blood samples at RV’s home. Ritika, in order to save herself, pretends to faint before all. Ishaani, RV and Shikhar usher Ritika to her bedroom. As soon as Ishaani is left alone with Ritika in her room, she pinches her bracelet hard on her wrist to take the blood sample. Ritika cries to feel the pinch, but fakes her fainting act again to avoid sharing her blood sample. Ishaani removes Ritika’s blood-stained bracelet from her wrist and hands it to the doctor. The doctor assures her that the results with be shared within three hours and takes leave.
On the other hand, Amba and Lakshmi talk about losing Ritika in case the DNA test results prove that Sharman is the father of her baby. They decide to visit the Parekhs to find out what Ishaani wants to do. Amba arrives at the Parekh residence to see Ishaani’s Baa. Amba shares her woes with Baa and tells her to get they should get Ishaani’s memory treated so that she can go back to Shikhar and RV could marry Ritika. Baa handles Amba’s anger tactfully and says that even she wants Ishaani to be with Shikhar but it is not a cakewalk. Baa suggests Amba to allow the Parekhs live with them under the same roof so that they can work together to bring Ishaani memory back.
Baa’s idea leaves Amba in deep thought.
