Meri Aashiqui Tumse Hi: Ishaani offers explanation to Ranveer for slapping Ritika at Devarsh-Krisha’s wedding!
In the last episode, we saw Ishaani (Radhika Madan) approaching Ritika (Smriti Khanna) while the latter was drinking at the bar set-up at Devarsh and Krisha’s wedding venue. Ishaani slaps Ritika, thus causing furore at the wedding. RV pulls aside Ishaani to give her a piece of his mind and seeks explanation for insulting his dear friend Ritika by slapping her.
Ishaani finally tells RV that she slapped Ritika because she was concerned for her as a friend that she was drinking wine at the bar despite being pregnant. RV gets shocked yet satisfied with Ishaani’s explanation and offers the same explanation to Ritika.
Meanwhile, Shikhar takes advantage of Ritika’s hassled state and tries to provoke her to speak up against Ishaani or reveal something that would help Ishaani and him to gather clues against her.
However, Ritika once again plays safe by telling Shikhar that Ishaani does not like her because she was about to marry RV.
Ishaani faints all of a sudden and RV as well as Shikhar take her home. While RV sits at the backseat with Ishaani’s head on his lap, Shikhar drives the car to RV’s home. On the other hand, Ritika is left whining about the fact that both the men are after Ishaani and have left her alone.
RV reaches home with Ishaani in his arms. Lakshmi and Amba get shocked and disappointed to see that they had sent Ritika to spend time with RV at the wedding; however, RV has returned home with Ishaani in his arms instead. RV and Shikhar take Ishaani upstairs in the room and lay her down on the bed.
All along, Shikhar feels odd and uncomfortable to see RV by the woman’s side, with whom he was supposed to marry.
We can truly feel for Shikhar.
