• Meditate regularly. Meditation helps you stay calm and a person who meditates regularly can easily stay in control of his emotions.

• Practice breathing exercises. Deep breaths can make things a lot easier. It helps you calm your anxiety and focus on the problem at hand instead of stressing about it.
