Varun works out for about one, one and a half hours, four to six times a week depending on his schedule. He also does a mix of pilates to work on his flexibility and to strengthen his muscles. Looking at it, the key here is to balance the workout with flexibility exercises so as to maintain agility.

SALMAN KHAN

Salman Khan does at least an hour or two of gymming every day, often working out past midnight! This makes him gain all the muscular weight making him fit for the movies. Apart from this, his secret to being fit is cycling. He also loves to cycle and is often spotted cycling in his city during his free days.

SHAHID KAPOOR

He is also very adventurous, so he is often seen indulging in activities like hiking, skiing, water sports, etc.

SIDHARTH MALHOTRA

As much as he loves gyming, he tries not to be hunky enough and makes sure to keep it light on his feet so that he is able to meet the dancing routines required for his films. He is also fond of football, running and swimming and makes sure to do it as often as possible.

RANVEER SINGH

From a lean guy in Befikre to a hunky villain in Padmavaat, Ranveer’s transformation has been quite impressive.
